Post-Booking Cancellation Fees: A non-refundable 15% cancellation fee is applicable once a booking is confirmed.

Cancellation 30+ Days Before Departure: If you cancel 30 or more days before the tour departure date, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellation 30-15 Days Before Departure: For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the tour departure, 40% cancellation charges will apply.

Cancellation 15-10 Days Before Departure: If canceled within 15 to 10 days of the tour departure, an 85% cancellation fee will be applied.

Cancellation Less Than 10 Days Before Departure or No Show: No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 10 days of departure or in case of a no-show.

Mid-Tour Cancellations: Once the tour has commenced, no refunds will be provided, even if a cancellation is made during the tour.

Flight Ticket Cancellations: Flight ticket refunds and cancellations will be subject to the respective airline’s terms and conditions.

Note: Parking tolls and inter-state charges, if applicable, will be additional.

Terms and Conditions

A binding agreement between Ayodhya Travel Services and the guest will be established once the booking is confirmed, and the signed booking form, along with the necessary deposit, are received. By signing the booking form, both the guest and any accompanying participants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions, agreeing to be bound by the contract.

The booking form must be fully completed with accurate information to ensure smooth processing of the reservation without delays.
